PD Day Friday, December 8: NO school for students
Aesop Musical Foibles ticket sales info:
The online Ticket Reservation link will be open as of Monday, Dec. 4 at 9:00 AM. The cost of each ticket will be $5.00 and will be used to directly offset the cost of the performance. Please note: Reservations will be taken on a first come first serve basis. Reserved tickets will be available at the office and must be paid for in advance. DVD's for Aesop’s Musical Foibles:
We are hoping to be able to book a videographer for this years production of Aesop’s Musical Foibles in order to do this we must have 50 confirmed video purchases. Please complete and send back your order form and include the $15.00 cash payment or at the office via credit or debit all orders must be in by Monday, Dec. 11. DVD’s will potentially be available for pickup from December 19-21. Please note: We will only be ordering DVD’s for those that have paid in advance for the DVD(s).
Belfast Giving Tree:
As of Monday, Dec 4 the wishes will be posted in the Staff room on our Belfast Giving Tree - please stop by the office to indicate which tag(s) you have chosen. We ask that all gifts be dropped off with the tag as of Monday, Dec 18 to ensure the gifts can be picked up. We want to thank our Belfast Community for your generosity.
Belfast School Council is organizing a fun lunch for our students on Thursday, December 14th! We have picked Subway for this day, it will be held in celebration of our Winter Production. Orders can be made online at heathyhunger.ca You will be asked to create new profiles for your students as it is a new school year. While online orders are the preferred method we realise that is not always an option so paper order forms will be available at the office. Please bring exact cash only. Please note: NO late orders can be accepted and all orders are due Thursday December 7th

We Care Club information:
Each year the We Care Club identifies a project that they will support this year they have taken on Freedom Centre Project. Please see the following attachment for specific details WE Market Letter.docx . What we require from our Belfast Community are the following donations for our We Market being held on Dec. 13 & 14 starting at 5:45pm & the again on Dec. 18 starting at 3:15pm in the Learning Commons. Please note: All Donations will be accepted till Thursday, Dec. 7.
